Out of all of the shed styles we offer, here are 5 reasons to choose the Lofted Barn, one of our most popular shed styles.

  • The loft provides extra storage.

If you’ve ever been annoyed with those seasonal decorations always being in the way of your lawn equipment, then the loft is a great choice for you. You’ll be able to store items you only need occasionally, while freeing up valuable floor space for your equipment, hobby supplies or woodworking projects.

  • You choose the features.

Worried about what will match your house? Do you live in an HOA community? You can choose the colors that will fit your needs best. Though we have all of the colors listed, we recommend visiting your local dealer to see the colors in person as every screen will show colors a little bit differently.

  • You choose your payment.

Our payment options fit your lifestyle. Here are three things to consider as you look at Cook’s portable buildings.

-One time payment. If you’re ready to buy, then that’s great! You can purchase through one of our Cook shed dealers or by building a shed online.

-No credit check for our rent to own shed program. Our program is set up to help families get the shed they need without going over their budget. After your shed has been delivered you’ll receive a coupon booklet to use for sending in your payments. Or you also can talk with our customer service representatives to set up online bill pay. Either option is simple and quick.

  • All sheds built in quality controlled environments.

We are asked often if we build our sheds on site. The answer is, we do not, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t still receiving a custom built shed from quality materials. Cook standards are high, and we take pride in each of the buildings we build. That’s why we build our wood sheds in a quality controlled environment. That way we ensure each Cook shed is built to our standards and will fit your purpose no matter what it is. Cook buildings are like a blank canvas. Whatever you need it to become, you have a well built frame to make it from. We’ve seen Cook buildings be used for businesses, offices, she sheds, man caves and more!

The Lofted Barn, like all of our sheds, is made from wood that is rated for ground contact. You don’t need a foundation to prepare for a Cook shed.
